![A Violin Shop & A Glassblowing Factory in Venice. : This is a series of photographs made one afternoon while strolling in Venice and coming upon a small violin repair [and, perhaps, manufacture] shop in Venice. Also here are a series of photographs made a few days later when I visited Murano and walked around the almost deserted city. I was walking back through a quiet residential area and found this group of men [and one woman student] in the back foundry area of a glass-blowing shop practicing their craft and showing some apprentices how to craft glass objects.
